- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms (e.g. LinkedIn policies).
- Avoid any misuse or unethical practices while benefiting from our services.
Failure to meet these obligations may result in the disruption or termination of services.
3. Payment Terms
Fees: Service fees are structured according to the selected package as outlined on our website or agreed proposal.
Billing: Payment is taken monthly in advance via the agreed payment method.
Late Payments: Overdue invoices may result in interest charges and temporary suspension of services.
Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once paid, unless Momentum fails to deliver agreed services without just cause.
4. Intellectual Property
Momentum IP: All campaign strategies, templates, and content created by Momentum remain the intellectual property of Momentum unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Client IP: You retain ownership of any assets or data you provide, and you grant Momentum a licence to use them solely to perform the services.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared between Momentum and its clients in the course of service delivery is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law.
6. Data Protection
Momentum is committed to safeguarding your privacy and managing your data responsibly, in compliance with UK data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to our data collection and processing practices, which are designed to enhance our service delivery and improve the user experience.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. If payment for the upcoming period has already been processed, services will continue until the end of that paid period, and the agreement will terminate thereafter. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a paid service term.
10. Third-Party Services
Momentum may integrate or interact with third-party services such as LinkedIn, CRM tools. While we strive to ensure smooth operation, we are not responsible for the availability, terms, or performance of any third-party platforms. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms of such third-party services.
11. Modifications and Updates
Momentum may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may also modify the services themselves to reflect improvements, market changes, or regulatory updates. We will aim to notify clients in advance of any material changes affecting service delivery.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
